WHAT IS ESOS?

The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) mandates that large UK organizations must conduct obligatory energy audits every four years. These audits aim to identify and assess potential energy-efficient measures to reduce consumption.

We acknowledge that complying with ESOS can be a challenging and time-consuming endeavor for large UK organizations. Our team of lead assessors is available to support you with the mandatory energy audits required during Phase 3.

Organizations with more than 250 employees or with an annual turnover exceeding £44M and an annual balance sheet total surpassing £38M are obligated to undertake these energy audits every four years. The deadline for compliance is set on 5th December 2023.

SITE VISITS

Our team of ESOS lead assessors performs on-site visits to establish organizational footprints following the guidelines of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. These visits yield crucial insights and evidence, enabling us to make informed energy management recommendations.

REPORTING AND RECOMMENDATIONS

We compile a comprehensive ESOS report that outlines your organisation’s energy usage and identifies areas for improvement. Our report includes fully costed energy efficiency recommendations with payback periods for consideration by the Board.
