Herefordshire County Business Improvement District (BID) has commissioned Place Support Partnership (PSP) to launch county wide cost savings programme running from January 2024 to March 2025, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
This partnership will provide free advice and support to all Visitor Economy Herefordshire businesses to help them save money on their business costs. This includes savings on new contracts, advice on the cost-of-doing-business crisis, and how to achieve the best value on essential services such as electricity, gas, water and insurance.
PSP has a proven track record of delivering millions of pounds of savings across their programmes and this initiative will add to many existing BID projects which are there to support the local businesses and help them thrive.
The goal of the programme is to enable local businesses to improve cashflow and profitability, free up capital and become more cost efficient. The renowned PSP cost savings team will be delivering on the ground engagement and outreach to support businesses in need.
Rishi Sood, Managing Director and Founder of PSP, commented “We are really excited to actively engage with businesses in Herefordshire County in a way that can quickly deliver tangible results based on businesses individual needs.”
Diane Mansell, CEO of Herefordshire County BID, added “This programme comes at a critical time for businesses in need of support and advice which really delivers for them. As a BID we are delighted to support this and can’t wait to see the cost savings which can be realised in the County.”
